Welcome

Welcome to my web page, if you need bicycle safety instruction, I'm a instructor, certified by the League of American Bicyclists (LCI # 546).  I was also just licensed as an Amateur Radio Operator (Technician) with the call sign of KJ6WYV.  As I muddle my way through that hobby I'll write about some of my more interesting experiences.  I hope to participate in support for events and emergencies.

If you're looking for information on the 30th Annual El Tour de Tucson, check out the article(s) on my blog pages.  I had such a great time there I'm planning on riding it next year.  Training starts immediately, see the widget from the Strava site on the bottom of this page.  It will pick up the mileage and elevation I ride and summarize it below.  You'll see from the stats that I'm a "slow and steady" kind of rider.  If you're in the area, I'd be glad to ride with you sometime!

If you are here for the May 3-4 2013 Traffic Skills 101 class, I'll be publishing updates for the class as they become available.  The first step is to contact me and let me know you want to attend.  Then fill out this form and email it to me.  Please bring the original to the class.

If you need more information, click on my picture to see my Facebook page.  You can contact me by using the form on the next page.  Hope to hear from you soon.
